Our Story
We met online. Not intentionally, while searching on dating apps, but while Kyle was looking for a new place to live and responded to a real estate ad. Meeting on our first tour, we were both suddenly a little nervous and shocked at the attraction. Christina gave him a nickname at her office, and Kyle decided that although he was extremely impressed with her professionally, he’d rather convince her to go on a date instead of trying to convince her to work with him.
When Christina went on a spontaneous trip and Kyle agreed to go along, she knew he was perfect for her. It was one of the earliest examples of us pulling the best out of each other and creating a life full of fun and spontaneity. Still, we both tried to play it cool, but this was early 2020. So when everything stopped, we went from date nights to long conversations on the couch, walks along Katy Trail or through Turtle Creek Park, and of course binge watching ridiculous streaming shows like everyone else. This started our tradition of several walks a day (that the dogs won’t let us forget), where we get time to talk about life, struggles, work, our relationship, and planning our lives.
After a few years, Kyle asked Christina to go on another walk through the park, but this time it wasn’t just about planning life, but to start a life together. We agreed to marry each other and spend the rest of our lives together!
We decided on a wedding that would give us the most time with our favorite people and the best chance to have fun with everyone leading up to making it official. So we want to see you all in Cabo for a few days of fun, celebrating love, partying, and relaxation. We can’t wait to continue the story and for you to be part of it!
